    The major institutional banks (Credit Suisse, UBS, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan etc.) have relentlessly shorted BTU for months, picking on perceived weakness due to the protracted approvals process, BTU's early stage status, and general weakness in the coal sector.

    What they are doing is prefectly legal, but if you were in any doubt that such banks are cold-hearted vultures who line their pockets without the slightest thought for the company and its real aspirations/value, or for that matter it's retail investors, then here's the evidence. C'est la vie unfortunately.

    I hold, I don't quite know why anymore...
