i'm interested if anyone knows about the strict policy in place about the Directors buying on market. The fact that they did not buy after the successful ph2 may indicate there is other knowledge that is price sensitive that prevents them buying on market. There are 3 scenarios for someone like Dr GC:
A) you already have enough investment, and don't need any more. But everyone likes to buy a bargain. At these levels really, a spare $10,000 buys you what $100,000 would 3 years ago.
B) you think the company is tanking and have no faith in further value creation. We cannot discount this, but it is unlikely.
C) there is something else preventing you from buying (insider trading rules).
