Maybe I should have asked Iggy but there had to be a reason for spending for significant extra spending to buy the (several) super fine (hard alumina) grinding mills and smelting furnace to produce the glass beads the Sapphire glass manufactures want.
He explained they need the glass beads so they can increase the density (reduce the bulk density) with beads also the manufactures can load more into their smelting furnaces. the question I didn't ask (and maybe one of you charmers can) is does that mean more of the sapphire glass clients will be prepared to pay more than $26K /T and closer to the $40K/T or more?
The spend on SMS' advice was defensive viz. making sure the product sells but was it also aggressive/ prospective?
