I doubt that very much.
The largest share holders have bought significantly more in the last few weeks at a much higher price than todays closing price increasing their position (Asimwe Kabunga Chairman and Rowan Patnek the 3rd largest share holder)..
They are no dummies and know exactly what this asset is! THE WORLDS LARGEST UNDEVELOPED RARE EARTHS PROJECT!!!
Who cares about the day blips up or down at the moment lets come back in 1 year and we should be 5 times today's price.
