Don't think so, no sellers last time I looked, and hasn't been any buyers for ages either.
Seems to be a who cares stock now. I doubt that there are more than a handful of shareholders.
Even though they talk about raising money when they decide who/what they will buy, they are doing it amongst themselves.
Like a little club...
