The boost to prices discussed above could be dimmed purely by the fact their income stream is not immediate, so price like income could be delayed till the income streams start flowwing. There is a lot going to happen in the next 6 months, and once the market realise that multiple income streams are close, then a major re-rating should occur. The next 6 months will be very exciting.
