gaining cash flows offshore is a good PB strategy as there is too many red lights (political problems)and impending taxes etc looming without any substance or detail. PB can see value and customers overseas who will take his story / dream / business up. It all makes sense to move globally with these technologies, bigger projects with other willing governments and customers. Our home base is always slow to give backing or a green light. His vision in selling coal fields and utilising some of those funds overseas is a good move.
As an example - Wouldn't qantas love to be buying clean LNC jet fuel at a good contract price to alleviate there problems and save staff cuts. Lets hope this is another bargain. I am sticking with PB.
