do you think there is any chance Linc will either take out or JV with Elk.
I know nothing about it except that Elk has oil and the entire company is only worth about $30 million.
However if this was the case I would have thought they would be in a halt as well and arent and 2) someone would be buying in and todays volume is zero on Elk
