What was the quality of the units you visited ?
I stayed in a friends place on the God Coast a few years ago and they were building a new high rise directly opposite with a new floor about every two days
I never knew that concrete could dry so fast, the builder was on of the notorious ones but never had a problem, just kept building and moving on
