kingpins, I have never inspected any units on the Gold Coast, my comment and live analysis centre`s around the high amount of Apartments, Units and even homes in the Sydney CBD, Sydney`s North Shore and The Gold Coast that have been bought and are empty, For example there is 1 High Rise Apartment Tower in Sydney`s CBD, that seems to be at least 70% dark in the nights, we have seen it at least a dozen times over 3 months and at different times, The Australian Public is constantly being there`s a housing shortage?, perhaps in very Low Income Govt types.
