MisterC, what an interesting post, if you could write more information (whilst keeping yourself private) that would be great, In my part of South West Sydney fibro & brick homes are being bought and bulldozed to make way for Duplexes it would fascinating to find out if these Developers are making a decent profit or are involved in Money Cleaning as you say.
