Was reading an article (general RE analysis) saying Oz tradie's were charging an average of $900 per day on building sites ($4,500 pw) - and we're all well aware of the radical rise in the price of materials - in addition to possible further rises due to the impending trade wars.
The way I interpret the above is that home prices will remain elevated, at least for the foreseeable future.
So, what's the labour cost (tradies) for a 4 bedroom house?
