You only have to check o/seas prices of materials used in building, and yes the prices charged by contractors to realize that the home building industry is a giant rort and when you add that the governments take over 50% on taxes for every new home it is no wonder that house prices are so high
Yet there are thousands of builders going bankrupt !!!
Then add in the massive migration of people we don't need and it becomes obvious that it is a giant plan
High prices are designed to un-house the population pure and simple, and both main parties are following "the plan"
