All I know is that small business supplying electrical or plumbing services <$10 mil turnover make around 10% Gross Profit and they charge their labour rate out at around at least double the wage rate of the highest paid tradies. That's a very rough guide and it assumes there's an apprentice or two on board and it includes all the expenses, down time, travel and all for 10% before tax.
