kingpins, I have over 3 months been spending time at night in Sydney's CBD looking with my Ol Lady at High rise apartments, we have concluded that most 70% of these apartments in Sydney's CBD have no lights on at 6pm, 9pm and 11.30 pm, we study the same apartment towers and most are empty unless people live in the dark?, I have been told Apartments in The Gold Coast are the same 70% dark at night, this appears to be the same on Apartments in Sydney's North Shore close to the train line, to be fair and accurate we look at the same Apartments regularly.
