I mow lawns for a living for units/complexs and business. 27-30phr was 5yr ago prices. These days 50phr isnt unheard of. Doing lawns for your average joe blow in the suburbs... well 50phr you can forget it! Though you do get the odd person still charging at 25phr... they are the fools that do the average joe blow yards.

In the end the body corps don't care what the price is, its not their money they are spending its the renters. As long as you do a good job and no one complains all is good. Then every 6months you raise prices by a $1 or $2 per service. Might sound small but you times $1 or $2 per yard you have over the fortnight, It equats to an extra $100-$200 a fortnight.

    :))
