I don't recall seeing any recent serious large insto type buying pushing up the sp. From my casual observation most levels are comprised of multiple small orders (the mums & dads- us).
I really can't see any particular stimulus to buy at the moment. Everyone seems to be waiting for the market to find its next trend. In these circumstances the sp will drift and plod.
What would shift things along would be some serious ann/news to enthuse financial advisers to push NEN. That's what we're all waiting on!
