So the Mum and Dad investors have taken the money from their 3.5% term deposits and already made double that in a few days. They then have a dividend of around 4.2% fully franked to look forward to. Sure there wasn't a huge stag, but there doing ok, and once they start to strip the fat from this bad boy, they will be doing better.
