Frontier Lithium has a market cap of A$238m and cash around A$17m, excluding their JV with Mitsubishi. They will end up with 75% of the project if Mitsubishi complete tranche 2 of the deal. EV is around $221m
At $238m market cap, WR1 share price will be $1.26 + they have A$53m in the bank. WR1 EV at $221 = $1.44 share price.
So anything under $1.44 tomorrow will be cheap as chips. How Frontier funds A$800m to bring their project into production whilst WR1 only needs around A$80m + whatever is required they need to chip in to complete the road.
Wouldnt be surprised to see this around A$300m cap tomorrow but impossible to predict.
