trading account

I've been watching CTP for a while now and am excited about the prospects and future opportunities that will undoubtedly follow.

Just wondering, I have seen HC members ask other members, who seem to have trading accounts with advanced tools, to indicate where their orders are sitting in the que. Can someone please tell me what trading accounts are on offer that have this facility? I have a trading account with Commsec and I'm relatively new to the game, though believe this would be a very beneficial tool. I phoned commsec today asking if there is such thing as an advanced trading account that had additional features such as this and they replied with "there is only one account and it does not have this feature."
