What's happened to SIE, today?
Yesterday, the price spiked to 11.5c on very heavy volume after starting out @9.6c. Yet, today, the stock is back @10c, with 13M sought and 28.6M on offer. Indeed, in the 9.1 -10c band, 5.3M are now being sought vs 3.4M on offer @10.5c. A few moments ago, there were only 40K in shares being sought @10c, but as I have been typing this, that has now increased back to 990K.
In the absence of any news from the Company, was yesterday's spike associated with the Singapore SARS announcement, or was SIE the latest in the stock rotation trend (ie: where momentum builders take the stock higher for a quick 10-15% gain, particularly in an institutional setting)?
I have previously held SIE, but currently do not hold SIE.
