    If FSE and DK cannot let the market know what financiers they have lined up to compete with WCC's SBSA 35mAUD then the rational thing to do for me would be to accept WCC'S offer. A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush - besides we already know FSE's chairman sold out at 0.01AUD per share.

    Is there anyone that can give me a rational argument to NOT accept this offer?
