Yes times are tough for investors and forecasters alike.
Some time ago ( prob. around 1924) I was taught by a very sagacious m.d. never to make a public $ forecast and if there was absolutely no escaping not doing so never ever to put a date on it. These days we live in a world of instant gratification and that underwrites the problem.
