no one asked me but what the heck My broad rules of engagement are:

Great fundamentals: buy if chart volume +/- price indicators are neutral or positive.

Interesting chart: check the fundamentals first. Chasing hyperbolic curves before the fact is not for the faint hearted so I generally don't do it.

Research research and more research!

The above works much of the time for me - (in a bull market that is). I can make good gains without CFDs, options and trading in and out.Done it for 4 years now. The good times using this conservative approach will most likely end with the end of the minerals boom.
