Agree with you dcheckers, cash to progress the trials is a more important factor than dilution. Whether the cash comes from springtree or the spp the dilution will likely be the same and as you have said it is already public knowledge so the market ought to have factored it in. Probably why the sp dropped from the 20s to high teens since the spp announcement.
