FUNDING'
Funding has been Prima Biomeds biggest issue which is why it reached a SP of 0.005 and anyone who has had a look at their balance sheets and not seen $20m or so to spend on trials and development should realise they need the money from somewhere and that dilution will occur and this SHOULD already be factored in to some degree.
