but for the SPP offer on 16/10/09, is that already factored into the price?
theoratically i would think not because the offer price of the SPP isn't decided yet due to the fact that the offer price can be 15c OR the volume wieghted average of 10 days till 25th Nov.
correct me if i'm wrong
