Definately looks like its rangebound. I use etrade and have been accumulating but way less than 20% of what you put in there. My experience is that Etrade are mostly retail with a lot bof traders as well but I cannot see anyone trading in this pond you cannot easily get out.
I do think we need more information to take direction from here.
