trading around .075 equivalent on nasdaq

Trading is up again on the Nasdaq overnight. Both volume and price. Currently over the $0.075 equivalent price ($15 a share). At now a 50% premium over the ASX close today $0.050 how long is it until someone with the cash starts buying up as much as they can on the ASX and coverts them to the Nasdaq to then sell? Potentially this is happening to a limited extent, but given the massive volume differences in the markets there is a huge opportunity here for someone multinational institution with the cash.
