If you're assuming MS will become the 3rd large institutional investor, then you obviously assume Eddy has pulled the deal off which in the face of what has happened is pretty extra-ordinary. Maybe you shouldn't be too quick to right Eddy and ABC off. These institutional investors know what really happened with the hedge funds, shorting and the effect on the share price. They may give Eddy the chance to put his strategies in front of them. It will be interesting to see what happens from here. Lots of speculation but nobody really knows for sure.
