I thought Morgan Stanley's deal sounded a bit too good to be true. I'm beginning to think they have a hidden agenda! Just who is Morgan Stanley really buying 60% of the US centres for? I'm beginning to think they want more than 60%. - They want to takeover the whole kit and kaboodle!
