    a backdoor listing by Warner and co.

    Just announced raising $600,000 at 1c..... have backdoor listed a mining services business in - same as Fleetwood (obviously v small etc etc).

    Good management of the mining services business who are taking shares.

    At $0.01, this has a mkt cap of $6.6M....

    Looks quite good value at these levels...

    Thoughts?
