trading at 4.10pm - 4 million options - how?

    did anyone notice that at 4.10pm today after the market had closed around 4 million options were traded at 0.006 - how when its in pre open

    same thing happened on the shares - shares were traded at 0.058 at 4.10 pm when in pre open as well

    can someone tell me how this is possible
