A company like DSB, that has been de-leveraging, would be suitable for a large capital raising (a la re-capitalisation), rather than adding more debt via the founders. I understand that the founders may not want to dilute their holding, but it makes no sense to pay down debt and then to get another loan, and inter-related party loans can make the market queasy.
