I agree with you there. That's why I'm happy to hold, despite all those items. While the cash in the bank dilutes ROE and thus valuation, it also helps put a floor on the share price (unless one thinks management will lose it all on future ventures)...in the meantime there is still some return in the divi to reduce effective entry price...
