My 2c is that it's probably related more to the availability of credit than fear. If it was trading at a significant discount (which I actually have no idea if it is or not), then arbitrageurs will step in and capture that differential. Buy STW, sell futures. So either it *ISN'T* trading it much of a discount, or it *IS* trading at a discount, and it just isn't at enough of a discount to warrant the outlay of capital/credit.
