ALD giving control away at 60 cents...but mkt trades at a %50 discount to getting into bed with the asian concerns...mkt seems suspect to the deal..all current shareholders should have the chance to sell at 60 cents ,,instead ALD gives control away by way of a placement...if the china deal goes thru you will sit in a subsidery gold company ..& will trade at a discount..good luck
