Folks,

The trading in the last couple of days has me really puzzled ????

I read in a recent company announcement, that from the middle of November 2013, the company has declared their intention to buy back shares at a base price of 9.4 cents per share.

Whilst I understand this buy back is initially directed more towards low shareholding portfolios of less than 5319 shares the company has indicated that it can extend the share buy back beyond that threshhold.

And yet today we see trades at 9.2 cents ????

Am I missing something ?
