    Seems a little strange that IPD is trading so stubbornly below capital raise price of 95c...either someone is aggrieved or is moving hot money away as they know with the SPP and 2nd tranche still to be raised a lid will be kept on share price until mid march..
    Good opportunity to pick up my SPP allocation at below 95c
    Does anyone know if the offer was oversubscribed? will be interesting to see change in substantials etc..
