I cant answer that question, In the past Dale has been a big buyer and it seems he used his dividends to buy them.
However I have been picking up a few parcels over the last few months, its almost a gift.
Reading through the activities in the last report i form the impression that they are spending quite substantial amounts on upgrades to existing facilities and the new wagon building complex up north for the iron ore carriages.
the cash flow should increase in the near future and reflect in a return to profitability.
