From the last voluntary suspension request on 31 October: "...Company requests that the current voluntary suspension in trading of its securities continues until the earlier of an announcement relating to any material capital raising or any subsequent company restructuring subject to investment in or divestment of assets or until the commencement of trading on Wednesday 19 December 2012."
The deadline has passed. So why no commencement of trading, announcement of capital raising or request to the ASX for another voluntary suspension extension?
