    I think a company stays suspended until it asks for the suspension to be lifted.

    Just becasue the suspension request had a sunset date, does not mean the suspension ends on that date- that is my understanding of the Listing Rules.

    MCO have been suspended for over 6 months, but very little information has been provided to the market over that time.
