Anyone able to compare IMU's current CR to DXB's?
IMU's thrashes DXB's in every conceivable way
IMU raised 20 mil...DXB raised 8 mil over months
IMU's was done at a 12% discount to VWAP.....DXB's was done at a 31% discount to VWAP
IMU's shareholders are getting a free attaching option....DXB shareholders got no options
IMU had local and foreign brokers incolved...DXB had..well..we know who they had
