trading data for flinders today

Am still scratching my head about the stock going down when it should have gone up but in reviewing the data and doing some price analysis, some interesting good points despite the expectation it would have closed at 18c or above....
over the last 12 months, the following occured today...
the highest VWAP of 17.1c , up by .008c
the highest low of 16c, up by 1c
the highest high of 18.5c, up 1c
the highest open at 17.5c, up 1.5c
the 2nd highest close of 16.5c

the vwap indicates it was a good day despite the closing price being down from yesterday's close.
