If major holders know the reasons for delay (I agree they probably do), it’s because they are on the phone to the exec at the drop of a hat to ask specific questions. You’re free to do the same. If management won’t take your calls then you have a legitimate reason to gripe (not suggesting that’s what you’re doing)
