I just keep an eye on the trading, and buy small parcels as they appear on the sell stack. Today so far we had a high of 1.095 and a low of 1.035, so I put in a small order at 1.04 and got them. Using the same thinking a couple of weeks ago I added another small parcel at 0.95, so it all averages out.
I think CTM is good buying around the $1 mark, and I now know the sort of range it typically trades - I mean gets pushed around by bots - during the day.
No way would I try to buy a big parcel as you are suggesting in one hit.
