bots usually keep the price around VWAP so if I was in the market to buy on any particular day, i certainly wouldn't be looking to buy over VWAP. generally too, when there's overall market weakness (or Ni price weakness) then CTM usually weakens. have a look at barchart/com for some technicals which sometimes are helpful in timing entry/exit

fundamentally CTM is strong (right resource, right time). main risks are country (project not in Australia) and management (can they successfully get us into production? or negotiate any successful exit strategy?). there's also key person risk (can't afford to let flash or the dodger go!) as management is very experienced in operating in Brazil (know how to keep the wheels greased to keep the project moving forward!)
