I believe there is next to ZERO chance of a TO being lobbed any time before the DFS and enviro is granted. Sure there may well be enquires from potential offtakers or some other mining companies, but until it is de-risked further I can't see it happening.

it seems like now the only time a TO occurs is when it's a Scheme of Arrangement endorsed by the board (in the absence of any better offers). Outright hostile TO's on market these days are few and far between in mining, imo.

The 70% T20 shareholders won't be waiting this long only to accept an opportunistic bid. That is almost a guarantee!

If Sprott's Brock Salier is anything to go by, he is quoting some insanely expensive prices for various NPV scenarios.




And carrying on from Fitzy's comments last week, "next week" is now "this week", so we might be lucky and get some results on the value added processes.

An aside, there is strong talk that Tesla is going to bid for a very near term lithium producer in Brazil (Sigma Lithium on the TSX) for US$4b+....I think Tesla also said they want more nickel some time back too....
