Just reading the letter again...and it is a translation from Portuguese, but to me it is saying that even if we don't have the Enviro Permit, if we can prove that we have filed the Enviro permit with the respective Enviro department, and that each 6 monthly period if there hasn't been a enviro license rejection we are still able to have the LI from ANM.
Is this what others are reading?
I would have expected more activity today, so maybe it is not being factored into the SP. I bought some today. LOL
