I would have thought that if the feasibility study has been cut back, then why are they still taking more time (late June now) in which to achieve the new lower expectations? Surely they were on track to complete this already heavily delayed study by the end of this quarter as promised??
There was a time I thought they were delaying strategically but now I'm not so sure. Is it 4 dimensional chess? Or are they simply incompetent?
